Niza Mar – a seaside holiday between Torre del Mar and Benajarafe

Niza Mar is a comfortable holiday apartment for up to 4 people in Valle-Niza, near Vélez-Málaga on the Costa del Sol. The apartment is located on the ground floor and combines a peaceful setting with sea views and a beach just about 500 metres away.

The property has two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, making it ideal for couples, friends or a small family.

Inside you'll find a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the apartment keeps things pleasant during the warmer months. For longer stays, a washing machine and dishwasher are also available.

Three lovely outdoor areas

One of the great things about Niza Mar is its variety of outdoor spaces. You'll have your own balcony, a front garden and a spacious private roof terrace at your disposal.

Here you can enjoy the Spanish sun at different times of the day, dine outside or simply relax while taking in the view over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains.

As a guest, you can also make use of the residence's communal swimming pool. The pool is open seasonally.

Parking is available on the complex grounds.

Niza Mar is also perfect for those looking to stay a little longer on the Costa del Sol. Winter rentals are possible, and stays of several weeks are available on request.

A baby up to 3 years old can be added as an extra guest.

Please note that check-in at this property is possible between 4:00 pm and 8:30 pm. Check-in is not possible after 8:30 pm.

Between quiet beaches and lively coastal towns

Niza Mar is located in Valle-Niza, a peaceful coastal area between Torre del Mar and Benajarafe. Here you'll stay close to the sea, while several charming towns along the Costa del Sol are within easy reach.

The beach is about 500 metres from the apartment, perfect for a morning walk by the sea, a relaxing day on the sand or a drink by the coast.

Within about a 10-minute drive you'll reach Torre del Mar. This lively seaside town boasts a long promenade, wide beaches, shops, restaurants, terraces and chiringuitos.

In the other direction lies Benajarafe, a laid-back coastal village with a long beach and a relaxed Spanish atmosphere.

A little further on you'll find Rincón de la Victoria, where you can stroll along the promenade, enjoy fresh fish at one of the restaurants or visit the famous Cueva del Tesoro.

Málaga is also within easy reach. Both the centre of Málaga and the airport can be reached in around 30 minutes.
