Costa Brisas is a spacious and comfortable holiday apartment for up to 4 people, located in the Las Brisas residence on the Costa del Sol. Thanks to its hillside location, you'll enjoy stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains from both the apartment and its terraces.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. One bathroom features a bathtub. The bedrooms open directly onto the first large terrace, so you can start your day outdoors right away.

The bright living room has a comfortable seating area, television and dining table. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine.

Air conditioning and heating are available in every room, making Costa Brisas a comfortable holiday home in summer as well as during the milder winter months.

Two spacious terraces with a view

One of the great highlights of Costa Brisas is its two very spacious terraces. Here you have plenty of room to dine outdoors, relax and enjoy the view.

One terrace has a comfortable seating area, while the second offers a lounge, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Both outdoor spaces offer wonderful views over the sea and surroundings.

Pool, padel and more

As a guest, you can make use of the shared facilities at the Las Brisas residence. There's a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a playground and a padel court. Rackets and balls are provided in the apartment.

The well-kept communal gardens with palm trees and various seating areas create a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

A baby up to 3 years old can be added at an extra charge, and pets are welcome on request.

Costa Brisas is available all year round and, thanks to the heating, location and mild climate, is also perfect for spending the winter on the Costa del Sol.

Take a Holiday in Spain takes care of the local management. You'll receive a personal welcome, and during your stay you'll have access to our digital host app with practical information about the accommodation, the area, activities and tickets.

The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and electricity for normal use.

From sea views to the beach and the finest spots on the Costa del Sol

Costa Brisas is set on a quiet hill about 600 metres from the beach, offering a lovely combination of sea views, tranquillity and easy access to the coast.

The surrounding area boasts several beaches and coves. You can choose a peaceful day by the sea or head to one of the lively nearby coastal towns.

Torre del Mar is easy to reach and offers a long promenade, wide sandy beaches, shops and plenty of restaurants and chiringuitos. Algarrobo Costa is also nearby.

Drive further along the coast and you'll reach towns like Torrox and Nerja. Nerja is known especially for its charming old town, its beaches and the famous Balcón de Europa.

You don't need a car to enjoy this area either. Just a few hundred metres from the residence, there are bus connections that take you to various towns along the coast.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is about a 30-minute drive away, which also makes Málaga itself easy to reach for a day full of culture, shopping, restaurants and sights.

Thanks to its central location, Costa Brisas is a great base for anyone wanting to combine beach, sea views and the lively Costa del Sol coast with a relaxing stay.

About the Owners

We are the proud owners of Costa Brisas and Villa Casa del Sueño and are excited to introduce you to our beautiful apartment and the surroundings of southern Spain. Our dream is to eventually settle in Spain. For now, we live and work in Belgium. We have fallen in love with Andalusia and are eager to share it with you. We rent out our apartment year-round, making it a perfect place to stay during winter and enjoy the wonderful climate.
