El Nuevo Nogal is a modern holiday apartment for up to 4 guests in Torre del Mar, only about 200 metres from the beach. Built in 2023, the apartment combines contemporary interiors with a fantastic location close to the sea, restaurants and amenities.

The property features two spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, making El Nuevo Nogal ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together who appreciate a bit of extra privacy.

Inside you'll find a bright living room with a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a pleasant temperature all year round.

Spacious private terrace

One of the great highlights of El Nuevo Nogal is its spacious private terrace of around 28 m². It's the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast outdoors, unwind, or soak up the Mediterranean climate at the end of the day.

You'll also have access to the residence's shared swimming pool. Please note that the pool may be closed outside of high season.

The apartment offers fast wifi, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Free parking is available nearby.

A rental car isn't necessary here, as the beach, restaurants, shops and other amenities are all within easy reach.

A baby up to 3 years old can be added to your booking, and winter rentals are available.

Beach, boulevard and Andalusian charm right at your doorstep

El Nuevo Nogal is located in Torre del Mar, a lively coastal town on the Costa del Sol. From the apartment, it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the long palm-lined boulevard with its restaurants, terraces and chiringuitos.

Torre del Mar is a great destination for those who like to have everything close by. Besides the beach, you'll find shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants that are open all year round.

The rest of La Axarquía is also easy to reach. Visit the white villages inland, take a walk around La Viñuela, or discover the nature of Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama.

Nerja is a comfortable drive away and is well known for the Balcón de Europa, its beaches and the Nerja caves. Málaga is also about 30 minutes' drive away, perfect for a day full of culture, shopping and gastronomy.

Thanks to its location close to the sea, El Nuevo Nogal is a wonderful base for those who want to combine beach life and relaxation with day trips through La Axarquía and Andalusia.

About the Owners of El Nuevo Nogal

Welcome to our apartment in Torre del Mar! We are Mariska and Hendrik Jan, the proud owners of this special place. Years ago, when we first visited the Axarquía region, we instantly fell in love with the unique combination of nature, culture, and the warm Spanish atmosphere. It immediately felt like a second home, a place where we can share our passions and love for life.

In winter, between January and March, we often stay in the apartment ourselves. It's a time when we, together with our children and friends, immerse ourselves in the Spanish lifestyle in all its facets. The rest of the year, we make our apartment available for rent to people who, like us, want to enjoy the charm of Spanish life. This apartment is not just an investment for us; it's a place where we want to create and share memories together. That's why we have furnished it as personally as possible, giving it a warmer, homely atmosphere than you often find in hotels and other vacation apartments along the coast. We want our guests to feel as at home here as we do.
