Welcome to our apartment in Torre del Mar! We are Mariska and Hendrik Jan, the proud owners of this special place. Years ago, when we first visited the Axarquía region, we instantly fell in love with the unique combination of nature, culture, and the warm Spanish atmosphere. It immediately felt like a second home—a place where we can share our passions and love for life.

In winter, between January and March, we often stay in the apartment ourselves. It’s a time when we, together with our children and friends, immerse ourselves in the Spanish lifestyle in all its facets. The rest of the year, we make our apartment available for rent to people who, like us, want to enjoy the charm of Spanish life. This apartment is not just an investment for us; it’s a place where we want to create and share memories together. That’s why we have furnished it as personally as possible, giving it a warmer, homely atmosphere than you often find in hotels and other vacation apartments along the coast. We want our guests to feel as at home here as we do.
