Casa Maria is a spacious holiday villa for up to 8 guests, beautifully situated by the La Viñuela reservoir in sunny Andalusia. With a private pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen and plenty of entertainment for young and old, this is a wonderful holiday home for families who want to enjoy comfort, relaxation and stunning views together.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms. For a stay with 8 guests, two extra sleeping spaces can be created with a sofa bed and/or a fold-out bed.

Inside you'll find a comfortable living room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, including an American-style fridge-freezer. The home is fitted with air conditioning and offers plenty of room to stay comfortably, even with a larger group.

Enjoying life by the pool

Outside there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. The enclosed private pool can be partly heated and is fitted with fencing and a child safety lock. This makes Casa Maria a great choice for families with young children, as well as for stays in spring and autumn.

Next to the pool you'll find a jacuzzi, perfect for a relaxing soak. The generous outdoor area also features an outdoor kitchen, various seating spots and plenty of room to soak up the Andalusian sun.

For extra fun, there's a pool table, a table tennis table and various board games. There's also a play area for young children.

A charming separate casita offers an extra spot to lounge and unwind.

Casa Maria combines plenty of space and extensive facilities with breathtaking views over the La Viñuela reservoir and the surrounding mountains.

The owners live on the upper floor of the property. This part is completely separate from the holiday home and has its own entrance, so you have your own private space as a guest.

Discover La Viñuela and the heart of La Axarquía

Casa Maria is located by the La Viñuela reservoir, right in the heart of the beautiful landscape of La Axarquía. From the house you'll enjoy views over the water and the surrounding mountains, while beaches, white villages and charming coastal towns are all within easy reach.

The area around La Viñuela is ideal for walking, cycling and scenic drives through the Andalusian countryside. Around the lake you'll find several restaurants and peaceful spots where you can simply sit back and enjoy the view.

La Axarquía is known for its characteristic white villages, mountain scenery and avocado, mango and olive plantations. Villages such as Alcaucín, Canillas de Aceituno and Comares are well worth a visit for lunch, a walk or a taste of authentic Andalusian village life.

For a day at the seaside, it's an easy drive to Torre del Mar. This lively resort town on the Costa del Sol boasts a long sandy beach, a lovely promenade, shops and plenty of restaurants and chiringuitos.

Nerja is also a great destination for a day trip, with its picturesque streets, beaches and the famous Balcón de Europa.

If you'd like to combine culture and city life with your stay in nature, Málaga makes for an easy day trip. The historic centre, harbour, shops, museums and restaurants make it a great change of pace during your holiday.
