With space for 8 guests, 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 spacious bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite), you are guaranteed comfort and plenty of space. Two bathrooms are equipped with both a bathtub and a shower, and one features a wonderful whirlpool bath – pure relaxation after a day full of adventures. For groups of 8 guests, a sofa bed and/or foldaway bed is available for 2 people.

The property features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a modern American-style refrigerator, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The cosy living room invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings.

Outside, a large terrace awaits with a table tennis table for sporting entertainment. The enclosed pool terrace is a true paradise, featuring a semi-heated private swimming pool, a jacuzzi, pool table and an outdoor kitchen, perfect for long summer evenings. There is also a charming casita for lounging, complete with a 4th bathroom with shower and toilet.

For younger guests, there is a fun playground, various board games and a safe, enclosed semi-heated swimming pool (at no extra cost), ensuring carefree fun. The property is divided, with the owners living on the upper floor, completely separate from the holiday home and with their own private entrance.

We are Jolanda and Syl, and it is with great enthusiasm that we introduce ourselves as the proud owners of Casa Maria. In 2026, our eyes fell on this breathtaking villa, and it was love at first sight. We instantly fell in love with the spectacular views over the sparkling waters of Lake Viñuela, the ideal location in the heart of Andalusia, and the space and versatility that the villa has to offer. This unique combination immediately made Casa Maria our dream home.
