Holiday villa with private pool and stunning views near La Viñuela

Casa Hollandia is a spacious and characterful holiday villa for up to 6 guests, beautifully situated in the hills near La Viñuela in La Axarquía. Perched at around 300 metres above sea level, the villa offers peace, privacy and sweeping views over the mountains of the Sierra Tejeda and the reservoir of La Viñuela.

The villa has three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning, ceiling fans and shutters, so you can stay comfortable even on hot summer days.

Inside you'll find a spacious living room with smart TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and an inviting sunroom with dining table and television. The kitchen includes a gas hob, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, espresso maker and kettle. There's also a washing machine, dryer and various other household amenities.

Enjoying the outdoor life

Casa Hollandia has several terraces surrounding it, so you can always find a lovely spot in the sun or the shade.

The private pool has a Roman step entrance and lies in a sheltered spot with beautiful views over the Andalusian landscape. Comfortable sun loungers surround the pool, and there's also an outdoor shower.

One of the lovely extras at Casa Hollandia is the spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue, perfect for cooking and dining together outside while enjoying the view over the mountains and the lake of La Viñuela.

The villa also features two sunrooms, various seating areas, a table tennis table and games for all ages. A private parking space is available on the grounds as well.

Casa Hollandia is single-storey, making it a practical choice for families. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Casa Hollandia is set in a peaceful, natural setting near La Viñuela, right in the heart of La Axarquía. Here you can combine the relaxed lifestyle of the Andalusian countryside with the beaches and lively towns of the Costa del Sol.

The village of La Viñuela is just a short distance away and offers supermarkets, restaurants and cosy terraces. The reservoir of La Viñuela is also nearby, providing a beautiful backdrop for walks, bike rides and leisurely drives through the surrounding countryside.

Nature and hiking enthusiasts will love having the impressive Sierra Tejeda mountains within easy reach. The region is known for its stunning views, whitewashed villages, olive groves and typically Andalusian scenery.

For a day by the sea, it's about a 20-minute drive to Torre del Mar. This lively seaside town boasts a long beach, a charming promenade and plenty of restaurants, terraces and chiringuitos.

Thanks to the good connection to the main road, other towns in La Axarquía and Málaga are also easy to reach. This means you can switch between relaxing at the villa, exploring the mountains, and enjoying a day at the beach or in the city during your stay.
