Another great advantage is its location at the foot of the Sierra Tejeda nature reserve.
At street level, you enter the bright living room with an adjoining spacious terrace. From here, you have beautiful views over the swimming pool and the impressive Andalusian mountain landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped, and this floor also includes a separate guest toilet.
One level below are the two comfortable bedrooms. Both rooms have their own bathroom, one of which is ensuite. The larger bedroom also features a small balcony — perfect for a peaceful morning moment in the fresh mountain air.
Going down one more floor, you will find additional storage space and the washing machine. Ideal for a longer stay, ensuring that all the comforts of home are within easy reach.

In just 25 minutes, you can drive to the lively coastal town of Torre del Mar, with its wide beaches, charming promenade, and plenty of dining options. The city of Málaga and its international airport are about a 50-minute drive away—perfect for a cultural day out, visiting museums, or taking a relaxed stroll through the historic centre. Granada, famous for the Alhambra and its charming old town, can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Within just a 10-minute drive, you will find the beautiful Viñuela reservoir. A beloved spot for picnics, walks, or simply enjoying the views over the turquoise water. The area is peaceful, green, and full of pure Andalusian charm.
