Rental conditions Villa La Duna Alta


The following rental conditions apply when booking and during the use of our accommodation:
Booking costs and deposit are paid as follows:


  • 30% upon booking and 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
  • 100% if the arrival date falls within 8 weeks.

The deposit of €300 must also be paid with the final payment.
After the stay, after inspection, the deposit will be returned to the bank account number with which it was also paid within 5 days.
Any additional electricity consumption at €0.30 cnt/kwh

Cancellation:

  • More than 8 weeks before arrival date 30% of the total amount.
  • Within 8 weeks before arrival date 100% of the total amount.

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

  • For arrival/check-in between 21:00 and 08:00 we charge a surcharge of €45. 
  • The accommodation is exclusively intended for a maximum of 6 persons and 1 to 3 babies (camping beds) unless otherwise agreed.
  • Check-in is possible from 16:00.
  • Check-out at 10:00 at the latest
  • Your identification will be requested upon arrival.
  • Rental includes bed, bath and kitchen linen as well as final cleaning and use of all facilities.
  • Electricity is included up to 20kw per day (normal use) for more consumption we charge €0.30ct per kwh.
  • Yield from solar panels can be used free of charge.
  • The accommodation is less suitable for disabled persons.
  • Use of the accommodation, outdoor areas and swimming pool is at your own risk.
  • Animals are not allowed in this accommodation.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
  • Extinguish cigarettes in designated ashtrays (It is forbidden to make / leave open fires in nature)
  • Use of WiFi is completely free
  • TV is equipped with various national and international TV channels
  • Illegal downloading and / or uploading of prohibited / punishable content in the WiFi network is strictly prohibited.
  • We are not responsible for disruptions on our internet / WiFi network. (In the event of any disruption, we will of course do everything we can to resolve this as soon as possible.)
  • When using the accommodation, the accommodation and its contents must be treated with care at all times.
  • Damage caused by the tenant to, in and around the accommodation as well as to furniture inside and outside, appliances and swimming pool will always be recovered from the landlord.

Keys:
Keys are handed over upon check-in; if these are lost, the costs of replacing keys / locks will be recovered from the tenant.
