Villa La Duna Alta is located in the outskirts of La Viñuela and offers beautiful views of the village, the mountains and the Sierra Tejeda nature reserve.
Thanks to its ideal location, close to the main road, the villa is easily accessible without having to drive through the mountains.
The villa is suitable for six people and has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms also have a private roof terrace, which makes the villa perfect for both families and couples of friends, or when grandpa and grandma come along on a trip.
In addition to the spacious 11-meter swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day on one of the two terraces or relax in the lounge. The only thing you will hear are the singing birds...
The villa is only five minutes from the Viñuela reservoir and eight minutes from the village. Fancy a day at the beach? The cozy Torre del Mar can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The city of Málaga and the airport are only 40 minutes away.

About the Owners:
We are Peter and Nel Duin. Since 2021 we are the happy owners of a beautiful villa in La Viñuela.
We are "pensionados" and enjoy our place in Spain immensely. But the months that we are in the Netherlands, to catch up with our family and friends, we rent out our house. We hope that you enjoy our villa and the area as much as we do every time.
