Welcome to our apartment in Torre del Mar! We are Mariska and Hendrik Jan, the proud owners of this special place. Since we first came to the Axarquia region years ago, we fell in love with the unique combination of nature, culture and the warm Spanish atmosphere. It immediately felt like a second home, a place where we can share our passions and love for life.

In the winter, between January and March, we often stay in the apartment ourselves. It is a time when we experience the Spanish lifestyle in all its facets together with our children and friends. The rest of the year we make our apartment available for rent to people who, like us, want to enjoy the charm of Spanish life. This apartment is not only an investment for us; it is a place where we want to make and share memories together. That is why we have decorated it as personally as possible, with a warmer, homely atmosphere than you often find in hotels and other holiday apartments along the coast. We want our guests to feel as much at home here as we do.
