Rental conditions Cerro colorado combi: 

When booking and while using our accommodations, the following rental conditions apply: 

Booking costs are paid as follows: 

• 30% upon booking and 
• 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival.  
• 100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.  
• Cancellation costs: 
• More than 8 weeks before arrival date 30% of the total amount.  
• Within 8 weeks before arrival date, 100% of the total amount.   

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.    

•  The accommodations are exclusively intended for a maximum of 9+(2 baby's) persons unless otherwise agreed. 
• Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM.  
• Check out no later than 10:00 AM. 
• Your identification will be requested upon arrival.     
•  For check-in after 9:00 PM we charge a surcharge of €45.

Extra costs: 

• If more electricity is consumed than included, the costs are €0.30 per killowatt. 
• Deposit €550 to be paid in cash upon arrival (immediately returned after final inspection minus costs incurred). 

• The accommodations are less suitable for disabled people.  
• Use of the accommodations, outdoor areas and swimming pools is at your own risk.  
• Animals are not allowed in our accommodation unless otherwise agreed.  
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.  
• Extinguish cigarettes in appropriate ashtrays; it is forbidden to leave open flames in nature.  
• Use of WiFi is completely free. Use of TV package including Dutch / Belgian channels. 
• Illegal downloading and/or uploading of prohibited / punishable content in the WiFi network is strictly prohibited.  
• We are not responsible for disruptions to our internet / WiFi network.  (In the event of any malfunction, we will of course make every effort to resolve this as soon as possible.)
•  When using the accommodation, the accommodation and furnishings must be handled with care at all times.
• Damage due to the tenant's actions or negligence to, in and around the accommodation as well as to indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances and swimming pool will always be recovered from the landlord.
•  Before using the accommodation, it is important to read the additional house rules available on the guest portal

• Keys: Keys will be handed over at check-in; if they are lost, the costs of replacing keys/locks will be recovered from the tenant.  If you are locked out, we can open the door on request, at a cost of €35 on working days until 8:00 PM and €45 for other times/days.  N.B. You can find some additional house rules in the accommodation and on our website to make your stay a success.     

At Casa del Sueño the outdoor area can be used by all 9 guests. At Casita Johanna the maximum number of guests who can use the outdoor area is 4.
