Rental conditions Casita Johanna
The following rental conditions apply when booking and while using our accommodation.
Booking costs are paid as follows:
- 50% upon booking and if you need to cancel and/or move, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then be happy to look for a solution together, for example by arranging the stay at a different time. Cancellation costs More than 6 weeks before arrival da
- 50% no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
- 100% if the arrival date is within 6 weeks.
Cancelation:
- Befor 6 weekste 50% of the total amount.
- Within 6 weeks before arrival date, 100% of the total amount.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
- The accommodation is exclusively intended for a maximum of 2 people and 1 child (camping bed) unless otherwise agreed.
- Check-in is possible from 14:00.
- Check-out no later than 10:00 AM. Later check-out (up to a maximum of 8:00 PM and if available) at an additional cost of €30.
- Your identification will be requested upon arrival.
- For check-in after 9:00 PM we charge a surcharge of €45.
- Rental includes bed, bath and kitchen linen as well as final cleaning and use of all facilities.
- Electricity is included up to 10 kW per day (normal use).
- The accommodation is less suitable for disabled people.
- Use of the accommodation, outdoor areas and swimming pool is at your own risk.
- Animals are not allowed in our accommodation unless otherwise agreed.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Extinguish cigarettes in appropriate ashtrays, it is forbidden to leave open flames in nature.
- Use of WiFi is completely free.
- Use of TV package including Dutch, Belgian, English and Spanish channels.
- Illegal downloading and/or uploading of prohibited/criminal content in the WiFi network is strictly prohibited.
- We are not responsible for disruptions to our internet / WiFi network. (In the event of any malfunction, we will of course make every effort to resolve this as soon as possible.)
- When using the accommodation, the accommodation and furnishings must be handled with care at all times.
- Damage due to the tenant's actions or negligence to, in and around the accommodation as well as to indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances and swimming pool will always be recovered from the landlord.
- Before using the accommodation, it is important to read the additional house rules available on the guest portal
- Keys:
- Keys will be handed over at check-in; if they are lost, the costs of replacing keys/locks will be recovered from the tenant.
